Gymshark

I haven’t had an issue with Gymshark themselves but have with Evri for their delivery, I found my parcel put on a chair outside the shed in the yard and Evri consider this a safeplace. Not hidden in any way from anyone, just left outside on a chair. Gymshark were really quick with my delivery and great at updating me but their choice of delivery service has made me doubt whether their couriers are competent enough to make me feel safe ordering from them again.

The website was easy to navigate and items that were out of stock were clearly shown by the fact that they were greyed out. I am very impressed at how quickly my order was dispatched and delivered.  It arrived two days later via Royal Mail. First class service and have no hesitation in recommending.

Gym leggings

The leggings were not long enough in the body for me even though they were high waist.  The top was too long even for me at 5ft 10in and I’m going to have to hem it.  I liked the products but not suited to my body shape unfortunately.

Delivery is super quick! Think ordered and arrived the next day. Top fits true to size and is comfortable. Easy to use website and pretty reasonable cost

Hi, I ordered 2 tops and a pair of shorts the tops are amazing but sadly the shorts ripped on my first time wearing them when they grazed a Pole while on a run… so I’m not sure if it’s a really strong pole or the shorts just weren’t that durable

Good but one small flaw

Have always been impressed with the quality of my Gymshark clothing. Recently bought some black training shorts and after 1 wash (following the washing guide) they have discoloured. Was really surprised to be told this is not a fault and I should follow the washing guide. Dissaponted with the response given. 

Update: Credit we’re credit is due Gymshark reviewed my issue and replace the item within 24 hours. Happy to remain part of the Gymshark family.

Products are amazing, and experience on the website was good.

EVRI the delivery service used, was awful - I have had a poor experience multiple times with them and did not fail to live up to the same expectation.

Leggings I bought last heart Black Friday was awful. One of them stretch so much on butt and thigh area and waste band is way too tight. I know cheap legging does much better than that. Other legging is see through. I ask for refund or exchange, they insisted they can not do it. I am very unsatisfied with their product and their refund policy. I am not going to ever purchase their product.

I ordered on may 29! They took my money $80 They never send me my tracking number! I was waiting for a month! Finally talked with customer support! Terrible very disappointed

They just take the money! Never send the order

Left £300 order on doorstep and wasn’t there when arrived home. Paid extra for next day waited over a week to recieved replacement. Sent back as sizes all different even though same brand?
